OPENINGS: Resume Writers
Resume Tech Academy is looking for experienced HR professionals or People Managers from technology companies to serve our customers. As a team member you will be assigned tasks for a particular industry or business capability based on past experience. You will be responsible for interfacing with the customer to deeply understand his/her professional experience and ascertain target roles or companies. Equipped with this information, you will apply the Resume Tech Academy framework to craft a compelling resume that will elegantly represent the customer during the job search. Once the completed, you will educate the customer on the approach and how he/she can use leverage the resume for speaking-points during interviews or re-purpose for job board profiles, etc.
In addition, you will be asked to contribute intellectual property, blogs, marketing content, and training materials grounded in your industry experience.
Note that this is not a selling-role. All client-facing work is associated with paying customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in HR, recruiting, or as a hiring manager with significant history of team-building; experience must be no more than 2 years removed from these roles
- Outstanding inter-personal skills to glean background and goals from candidate
- Master story-teller and wordsmith
- Knowledge of HR systems and resume-parsing software
- Understanding of prevailing trends in the tech sector
- Experience creating enablement artifacts and training materials
